Details: Biannually, South Coast Winery Resort & Spa shows how grateful it is to be in Temecula Valley and able to successfully cultivate award-winning vines, recognized and loved far and near. It’s a time to introduce new seasonal spring wine releases. The evening starts with the blessing ceremony led by Reverend Monsignor Tom Burdick and a sparkling wine toast. Guests savor an impressive chef-driven five-course food and wine pairing repast. Live music is performed by “Anyone’s Guess”, and guests enjoy the opportunity to dance in the spring.
