Details: Saturday, September 3rd & Saturday, September 17th Participants will walk the vineyard with assistant winemaker, Christina Lopez, gaining an understanding of pruning, tying, shade canopy and irrigation program to name a few. The vineyard tour will be followed by an overview of the winemaking process by Christina and winemaker Susan Tipton. Learn how we check grapes for ripeness and follow our grapes from the vineyard to the glass. Next up will be tasting of our wines with pairings followed by a charcuterie box lunch.
