Details: Demystify homemade pasta and black truffles with Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry alumni Chefs Jason & Tyler, founders of Truffle Shuffle SF. The Truffle Shuffle team will talk through the techniques for making fresh pasta dough and turning them into tortellinis, serving with Australian Black Truffle Carpaccio. Lindsay Hoopes will lead a tasting of Hoopes 2015 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon and 2015 Howell Mountain Merlot, pairing their bold flavors with the complexity of the luxurious dish. Hoopes wines and all ingredients will be pre-measured and shipped to your home. A meal will be donated to Bay Area hospital employees for every sign-up.
