Details: Join Top Chef Tu David Phu as he shares his family’s version of Cơm Gà (Chicken Fat Rice). Participants will nail down the poaching method, learn how to power up rice with anything but water and mix up Nước Mắm Gừng - the ultimate dipping sauce. Compare how the richness of the 2015 Genny’s Vineyard Chardonnay and the acidity of the 2017 Sauvignon Blanc pair with the dish. Both Chef Tu and Hoopes Vineyard are both donating $10 each per sign up directly to Slow Food East Bay's Sister Farms Project.
