Details: In celebration of the day that keeps our calendars – and our kitchens – aligned with the seasons, the Cakebread Cellars Resident Chefs have invited three of our favorite game purveyors to present a menu that leaps, hops and waddles! Chris Hughes of Broken Arrow Ranch, Mark Pasternak of Devil’s Gulch Ranch and Jim Reichardt of Sonoma County Poultry will be on hand to share the history of their properties and the practices that helped them become leading purveyors for fine dining establishments in Napa Valley and beyond. Paired with Leap Year vintages of Cakebread Cellars wines, the experience will have you jumping for joy!
