We love pairing DG pinot noir with mushroom recipes, especially the unique varieties cultivated by our neighbors, Mycopia Gourmet Mushroom. Join us as Mycopia, local pioneers in specialty mushrooms, returns to host an intriguing mushroom seminar at 2pm on Saturday September 28th in our cellar. Learn about foraging, different varieties of fungi, and how mushrooms promote sustainability. Delicious, savory Mycopia mushroom bread pudding will also be served as part of the experience.
