Notre Vue Estate Winemaker Michael Westrick and Estate Viticulturist Natalie Birch take guests through each step of the pruning and winemaking processes, complete with wine tasting! Impress your friends and dinner party guests with your knowledge of sur lie aging, malolactic fermentation, and what makes red wine the color red.
