Details: Join us outdoors for an hour of yoga and an optional wine tasting afterwards. Class will be lead by a local instructor from YogaONE Santa Rosa. After your restorative yoga class is finished, stay and experience a glass of wine. Take in the sights and sounds of our vineyards, valley oak trees, maples, hydrangeas, boxwoods, and fig trees with views of the mountain vistas in the distance. Enjoy the essence of Sonoma County, Friday evenings. All ages and levels are welcome to join us! Remember that Vino & Vinyasa Yoga is not BYOM (bring your own mat!) September 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th!
