Details: Come learn the winemaker’s art of deciding when to harvest! This experience begins as you taste a range of wine grapes straight from the field. Through guided “berry sensory analysis,” you will assess the fruit for a variety of ripeness factors including pulp, seeds and skins. You will also learn how to take “brix” measurements to determine grape sugar content. Get ready for a fun and illuminating sensory experience, capped off with a curated flight from Hope Family Wines. It all takes place at the stunning Hope on Park tasting room, the new place to be in downtown Paso Robles.
