Savor a bespoke dining experience with innovative dishes exquisitely prepared by our in-house chef, paired with a hand-selected array of wines masterfully curated by our Winemaker, Mark Fowler. Each lunch offers a unique opportunity to engage with one of the Andis partners, winemakers, or special guest hosts. APRIL – Easter Elegance: Celebrate the season with family and friends over a festive lunch featuring tender lamb ragù paired with a crisp, vibrant spring salad. A perfect way to savor the fresh flavors of spring together. Welcome Sip Chosen by our host of the day, Andis Winemaker, Mark Fowler! First Course Spring Farm Salad A blend of baby greens and radicchio, strawberries, yellow nectarine, feta cheese, candied pecans and golden balsamic vinaigrette. Paired with Andis Semillon, Dillian Vineyards Main Course Lamb Ragù Braised leg of lamb simmered in red Zinfandel sauce with Herbs de Provence served over three cheese tortellini.
