APRIL – Easter Elegance: Celebrate the season with family and friends over a festive lunch featuring tender lamb ragù paired with a crisp, vibrant spring salad. A perfect way to savor the fresh flavors of spring together. Welcome Sip Chosen by our host of the day, Andis Winemaker, Mark Fowler! First Course Spring Farm Salad A blend of baby greens and radicchio, strawberries, yellow nectarine, feta cheese, candied pecans and golden balsamic vinaigrette.
