Details: Celebrate Earth Day at Iron Horse Vineyards with a behind-the-scenes look at our fish habitat restoration project along Green Valley Creek. The experience begins with a glass of sparkling wine before guests board a tractor-pulled wagon for a ride through the vineyard to the creek, where Iron Horse is leading a multi-year effort to restore habitat for endangered Coho salmon and strengthen the health of the watershed. Following the tour, guests return to the winery for freshly shucked Hog Island oysters paired with Iron Horse Estate Sparkling Wines, including 2020 Vintage Ocean Reserve Blanc de Blancs, a cuvée that supports ocean conservation with every bottle.
