Details: Hillside Ranch Vineyard is a boutique, family-owned estate winery in Jamul, California, just 25 minutes east of San Diego on the Highway 94 Wine Trail. Planted on a ranch that's been in the family since 1971, our vineyard produces Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Pinot Noir, and Syrah, supplemented with Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Riesling from neighboring growers. Our tasting room is open Friday through Sunday, offering relaxed, walk-in tastings where you'll often meet the people who grew and made the wine. No reservations needed — just good wine, scenic views, and a genuine East County welcome.
