Details: Guests walk through Halter Ranch’s caves with Kevin Sass and the winemaking team while tasting library wines, including vintages more than 20 years old. The lineup includes 2004–2006 Syrah and 2004 and 2005 Ancestor, among others. There’s also an optional separately reserved BBQ dinner afterward on the tasting-room patio.
