Details: Established in 1981, Georis Winery is committed to producing "Estate" Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon wines. Aged 18 months in Bordeaux chateau barrels with an additional year of bottle aging prior to release, Georis Wines are full bodied, dark ruby in color with esters of vanilla, chocolate and violets. Elegant and drinkable at release, the wines have potential aging of twenty years. The Georis Tasting Room is at 4 Pilot Rd in the Carmel Valley Village.
