We believe winemakers create better wines when they are intimately involved in the vineyard and the vineyard caretakers do a better job when they are intimately involved in the winemaking process. At Satori Cellars the same few people are immersed in all activities whether it’s planting, pruning, or picking grapes from our 15 acre vineyard or crushing, pressing, racking or bottling our wine in our brand new winery. The result is a truly handcrafted wine intended to awaken not only your taste buds but your experience of life!
