This enchanting evening is set beneath the stars on our sprawling Vittorio’s Lawn surrounded by vineyards. Italian Tenor, Pasquale Esposito will take the stage to serenade the entire event backed by his instrumental quartet. This elegant evening features none other than Michelin Starred Chef Stefano Masanti, who is certain to dazzle our tastebuds with a four-course Italian meal paired with V. Sattui’s highly-awarded wines. Join us in celebration as we welcome back safe gatherings and reminisce in our travels to our favorite Italian towns and restaurants.
This memorable evening, held on the Vineyard Terrace under the stars, will be filled with fine wine from the Alpha Omega cellar, live entertainment from a mariachi and traditional Mexican food from three Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller’s La Calenda restaurant in Yountville, where Chef de Cuisine and Oaxaca native Kaelin Ulrich Trilling leads the culinary program.

Join Gary Franscioni for a special roundtable event featuring Pinot Noir titans Chuck Wagner, Michael Browne & Adam Lee. This one hour discussion will dive deep into the stories that have bonded them and explore wine paradigms that have shaped California Pinot Noir to become the world renowned wine that it is today.
All classes are participation style and include the class, a tour of the winery and culinary gardens (weather permitting), an appetizer reception, and a three-course lunch paired with Cakebread Cellars wines. All participants leave with a Cakebread Cellars apron, a booklet of recipes and wine notes from the day, along with some great memories! Dishes include Watermelon Gazpacho, Tortilla Española, and a variety of Paella.
