Details: Guests will arrive to a bubbles and bites reception to kick things off. Then we'll all cheer and taste alongside this year's competitors, Paul Carayas, Wine Director for Michelin Star Chez TJ in Mountain View and Lindsey Young, Lead Sommelier for Michelin Star Selby's Restaurant in Atherton. They'll go head to head in our annual blind tasting competition, wine trivia challenge, and wine service race. The evening will culminate with the ultimate food pairing competition. The competing sommeliers will carefully select and present their perfect pairings for a multi-course meal, and it's up to you to choose your favorite.
