Details: Guests receive five cookies paired with five different pours. The wine version includes selections such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon, a Wine Club Reserve wine and Alexander School Reserve Old Vine Zinfandel. There’s also an alcohol-free option, with five cookies paired with five non-alcoholic tastings created by Culinary Director and Chef Tim Gleadall, using seasonal ingredients and products grown on the Alexander Valley farm, including house-made shrubs.
