Details: Enjoy an hour-long guided walking tour with The Restaurant at JUSTIN’s expert Farmstead Manager in our edible chef garden. While enjoying a glass of Rosé, you will be introduced to a variety of unique fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Learn how we utilize these ingredients at JUSTIN, discover secrets to gardening, herbal remedies, plants utilized as natural insect repellents, and other insights into growing techniques. Conclude your experience with an opportunity to pick your favorite herb(s) and make a blended tisane (herbal tea), salt, or other garden take-a-way. During the tour, we will walk on uneven ground, and you'll likely encounter some of nature's busy bees and insects along the way. Families with children and leashed furry companions are welcomed—please include children in your reservation.
