Details: This September and October, experience the magic of harvest with an exclusive hands-on moment during your tasting. Step into the role of winemaker as you learn to measure Brix—the natural sugar level that tells us when the grapes are ready to pick. With a beaker and hydrometer in hand, you’ll test freshly pressed juice and discover how technical precision meets vineyard intuition in deciding when to pick. It’s a rare opportunity to engage with the science behind the art of winemaking—all while enjoying our current flight of Austin Hope & Treana wines.
