Details: Step behind the scenes at the J. Lohr Paso Robles Wine Center: Vineyard to Vintage – A Peek into Production Tour. Your experience begins with a welcome splash of J. Lohr wine and a stroll through their demonstration vineyard, where you’ll learn about sustainable viticulture practices. Continue through the winery campus for a rare, behind-the-scenes look at key stages of the winemaking process—including the crush pad, fermentation room, and barrel room—tasting wines as they age. Conclude in the newly remodeled Tasting Salon with a curated flight of three winery-exclusive, small-production releases. To keep tours intimate, groups are limited to six guests.
