Details: In celebration of Earth Month, Presqu'ile Winery will debut a plant-based "charcuterie" available on site throughout April. Crafted by Estate Chef Julie Simon, this dish is best enjoyed paired with Presqu'ile wines, friends, and views of the sustainable Estate. The love of the land is reflected across Presqu'ile's practices, products, and experiences. This includes Chef Julie’s original menus, which celebrate Presqu'ile's organic one-acre vegetable and herb garden, the seasonal bounties of Santa Maria Valley and the region’s top purveyors. The seasonal plant-based "charcuterie" will included the likes of: *Subject to change* Local strawberry gazpacho Roasted beet tartare with lime vinaigrette Butternut Squash caponata Vegan “farmer’s cheese” Olives Nuts & pickles (or crudités) Bread & pita Enjoy the bounties of the earth and views of the Santa Maria Valley at Presqu'ile Winery this Earth Month!
