Details: Together we will cook the ultimate truffle cheese burgers paired with Aver Family Vineyards 2017 Aver Family Album Petite Sirah. The Wagyu beef cheese burger is topped with a mixture of three Cowgirl Creamery truffle cheeses, grilled onions and BBQ sauce served on a buttered brioche bun.
