Details: Great wines begin in the vineyard and you’ll get an insider’s view as we explore our vineyards while tasting our iconic wines where the grapes grow. We’ll pass by our working winery, the original 1868 Alexander Valley school and the Alexander homestead. Relax and take in the views on our winery deck after the tour and finish up with a wine country picnic. This is the ultimate way to experience the history, tradition, and excellence of Alexander Valley Vineyards. This is an easy walking tour, but there are hills and dirt trails. Reservations required 48 hours in advance.
