Details: Flying Goat Cellars is a family owned and operated winery dedicated to producing ageworthy wine since 2000. Two pygmy goats inspired winemaker Norm Yost to name his winery after his “kids”. Yost launched Flying Goat specializing in vineyard designated Pinot Noirs from Santa Barbara County. Later, he released his first Goat Bubbles (2005 Rosé). Flying Goat focuses on vineyard designated Pinot Noirs and Pinot Gris from Sta. Rita Hills AVA and Santa Maria Valley AVA. Goat Bubbles offers six méthode champenoise sparkling wines made in-house. YNOT offers both a Pinot Noir and a Chardonnay from Santa Barbara County vineyards.
