Details: Merry Edwards Winery, founded in 1997, is known for single-vineyard Pinot Noirs from the Russian River Valley. The winery farms 80 acres of estate vineyards throughout the appellation, including the flagship estate Meredith Vineyard. A Certified California Sustainable Winery, Merry Edwards is also famed for its three appellation wines. The Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast Pinot Noirs showcase the art of blending, and the winery’s fragrant, barrel-aged Russian River Sauvignon Blanc is among the most sought after made in California. Merry Edwards’ handpicked successor, Heidi von der Mehden, joined the winery in 2015, and is focused on fine-tuning the vineyards and elevating the wines to their potential.
