Details: Yes, these wines poured at our tasting room are from grapes grown in Malibu - Not on the famous beach, but in a scenic valley five miles from our tasting room, 1,500-feet up, above the coastal fog, in the AVA Malibu Newton Canyon. 30 acres of hillside vines are planted in this unique micro-climate. Individual lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc are separately vinified and barrel-aged before blending. You can now sip the Estate Rosenthal - The Malibu Estate wines and our Surfrider wines at our tasting room, with a view of the beach.
