Details: Harvest Crush Production Tour & Tasting 🍇 Step behind the scenes during the most exciting time of year in wine country! This intimate experience, limited to just 8 guests, offers a rare opportunity to see the winemaking process up close. Your journey begins with a behind-the-scenes look at our state-of-the-art optical sorter and production tanks, followed by a taste of fermenting juice pulled straight from the tank. Next, venture into our wine cave for a barrel sample before concluding in our private Skyloft with a curated cheese and charcuterie pairing. Details: Offered Thursday–Saturday at 10:30 a.m. $145 per guest Closed-toed shoes required in production areas, guests must be 21+.
