Details: Join us daily at 10:00 AM or 1:00 PM for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the excitement of harvest and the art of winemaking at St. Supéry. This immersive two-hour experience expands upon our Step into the Cellar tour with exclusive access to the crush pad, where you’ll witness harvest activities firsthand and gain a deeper understanding of ampelography and the winemaking process during the most dynamic time of the season. Your experience begins with a guided tour of our experimental vineyard and cellar, followed by a seated tasting of four estate-grown wines. Along the way, you’ll see the winemaking process in action as our team guides you through the critical decisions that shape each vintage, from fermentation through aging for every vineyard block. You’ll also enjoy the rare opportunity to taste wines directly from the tank and barrel, offering a unique glimpse into wines as they evolve.
