Details: Join us for an evening of culinary convivium as we celebrate the undisputed queen of summer produce. This multi-course exploration celebrates the summer season and delves into the vibrant world of the heirloom tomato. From delicate sweetness to smoky depths, our plates will feature an array of heirloom varieties, started from seed, and tended by the farm team on our CCOF-certified organic farm on Howell Mountain.
