Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature as you practice yoga led by a Joya Yoga instructor, Audrey Allen. This experience is designed to refresh your body and calm your mind. After the yoga session, indulge in a delightful wine tasting of three McGrail wines as you unwind and savor the flavors. We will have charcuterie boxes available for purchase or guests are welcome to bring their own snacks to enjoy after class. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing for yoga.
