garlic stuffed olives

Honey-Roasted Garlic Stuffed Olives

Honey-Roasted Garlic Stuffed Olives are a sophisticated and flavorful appetizer that will elevate any gathering, including game day! These olives have just a tinge of savory sweetness thanks to the honey-roasted garlic cloves nestled inside, making them complex and totally irresistible. They’re incredibly easy to prepare and can be made ahead of time.

Pair with a California Cabernet Franc or California Sangiovese.

black bean salsa

Black Bean Avocado Corn Salsa

In California, we pride ourselves on really great Mexican food. Earthy black beans and spicy jalapeños meet the delightful pop of freshly-blanched sweet corn and creamy avocado, all tossed with plenty of lime juice to keep things fresh. It’s the perfect app for your watch party.

Pair with California Charonnay or a California rosé.

sweet potato appetizer

Sweet Potato Crostini with Brie and Pomegranate

This stunning appetizer is incredibly easy to make! Forget toasted bread – we’re using roasted sweet potato slices as the base for these colorful crostini. Simply top them with creamy brie cheese, a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds, and a drizzle of hot honey (or regular honey if you prefer). Serve these sweet and savory bites warm from the oven for the big game.

Pair with California Grenache or California Pinot Noir.

game day popcorn trio

Popcorn Trio

When it’s game day at your house, this trio of wine-friendly flavored popcorns may steal the show. These are quick and easy to make and deliciously addicitve. Make one, two or all three if you’re feeling ambitious.

Pair with California Chardonnay or California Pinot Noir.

chocolate sauce

Red Wine Chocolate Sauce

Who doesn’t love chocolate sauce. Add a little red wine and it’s a win-win. Use this for a decadent dip for fruit or a topping for ice cream. Add a little bit of sweetness to your Superbowl watch party!

Pair with a California Cabernet Sauvignon or California Merlot.

red apple sangria

Red Apple Sangria

Sangria is a fabulous make-ahead option that feels like a celebration in a glass. This recipe can easily be doubled (or even tripled) for larger celebrations, like your game day party.

Make this with a California Pinot Noir or California Grenache.
