Enjoy this update on a California classic: Avocado Salad with Hidden Valley Ranch, drizzled with homemade ranch dressing and served with tender butter lettuce and microgreens. This dish goes well with a crisp California Grenache Blanc or white blend.

For a main course try a Wine Country Chicken Salad, featuring red California grapes, toasted walnuts and chopped celery. You can serve it in lettuce cups or as a sandwich filling. This dish pairs perfectly with California Viognier.
